Our projects aim to (i) cellularly and genomically characterize cancer stem cells (CSCs) in genetically defined subclasses of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) patients and to (ii) apply genomics strategies to identify antibodies and small molecules targeting AML that will be tested in preclinical therapeutic programmes including murine xenotransplantation models.
Start: Fall 2013 and January 2014 – or after agreement.
